Each episode has its own unique situation which serves as a breeding ground for laughs. This publishing company is home to some very recognizable Top 40 charting hits, including a lot of country music. It includes a staff of current, successful writers with songs currently charting on radio and a consistent revenue stream. Ownership of this publishing company will give the investor instant and direct access into the top tier of the music business including invitations to major music awards shows. Due to the extremely high-profile and nature of this company, this sale of this very profitable business will be conducted discreetly.
